Harassment contact persons

Hyvikset, also known as harassment contact persons, help to create a safer environment at our events.

Each of Warrantti’s events has hyvikset present, whose photos and contact details will be posted on Warrantti’s Instagram story at the beginning of each event. At our events, the hyvikset can be identified by a ribbon on the arm. Warrantti also has three official harassment contact persons, who sit on the board of Warrantti and who you can always contact at a low threshold if you experience or see any form of harassment or discrimination at Warrantti’s events.

You can reach the hyvikset face-to-face, by phone, by message or by email (hyvikset@warrantti.org). The phone numbers of the official hyvikset for Warrantti can be found on the top of this page and on the Contact page in the top navigation menu. At the beginning of each event, Warrantti’s Instagram stories will also include the phone number of the event’s hyvikset, so one can call them in case of harassment or discrimination.

You can also report harassment and discrimination situations anonymously to the hyvikset via Google Forms. Please note, however, that if you contact the good offices anonymously, the incident cannot be processed further by the hyvikset without the contact details of the person(s) concerned.
