Warrantti ry is a subject association for business students at the University of Vaasa. The purpose of the association is to act as a link between the students of the University of Vaasa, to protect their interests in the Faculty of Business Economics and the Student Union and to offer an unforgettable and fun student life. Warrantti ry was founded in 1989 and with more than 3400 members it is the largest of the student associations at the University of Vaasa and the second largest of the association for business students in Finland.
Warrantti is a registered association and its highest decision-making power is exercised by its members at the association’s General Assemblies, which are held annually in autumn and spring and at other times as required. At the Association’s General Annual Assembly in November each year, the Board that runs Warrantti’s day to day operations is elected. The Board is assisted by Divisions and Officials. The main function of Warrantti is to supervise the interests of its members. This is done through the Divisions of Warrantti. The activities of the Divisions are coordinated by a member of the Board.
