Event rules of Warrantti ry
§ Events respect the individual freedoms of other participants, such as the right to integrity and the right not to be disturbed.
§ The participant who registers for the event declares that the contact details provided are correct and that any damage caused by incorrect information is the responsibility of the participant.
§ Binding registration means the obligation to pay even if you are unable to attend.
§ Participants who have made a binding registration may not cancel their registration without a very serious reason.
§ If the organiser of the event does not have a ticket exchange facility or a standby queuing procedure for cancellations, the person who purchased the ticket is responsible for forwarding it.
§ If the participation fee is not paid by the deadline, a warning will be issued. If, despite a warning, the payment is not made, Waarrantti reserves the right to refuse participation in the event in question and in future events until payment has been made.
§ The participant is personally responsible for his/her own property at Warrantti ry events, and Warrantti ry is not liable for compensation in the event of loss of property.
§ The participant is personally responsible for any damage caused by him/herself at events organised by Warrantti ry, and Warrantti ry is not liable for any expenses incurred as a result of the damage.
§ The organisers have the right to remove a disruptive or rule-breaking person from the event, after which Warrantti ry will issue a warning for the disruptive behaviour and, if necessary, suspend the person’s right to participate in Warrantti ry events.
§ By registering for events organised by Warrantti ry, you agree to all of the above rules. In all other respects, Warrantti ry events are governed by Finnish law.
Warrantti ry reserves all rights to make changes in the events it organises.
